48 лет. Родился в Виннице. Служил в 10-м мобильном пограничном отряде Госпогранслужбы "Дозор". Позывной - Док. Капитан.
Являлся активным участником Революции достоинства. В 2014 году с Майдана ушел добровольцем на фронт, где проходил службу в должности начальника медицинской службы батальона. Демобилизовался в 2015 году. Погиб 21 января 2023 года. Приказом председателя Госпогранслужбы Павлу Загнибороде присвоено очередное воинское звание «май.ор» (посмертно).
