24.09.1993. Родился в селе Пашковка. Жил в Киеве. Выпускник Нацакадемии СБУ. СБУ, департамент контрразведки, 5 управление, 4 отдел, майор. Участник экспедиции в Кабул в 2021.
05.04.2022 из Днепропетровска в Мариуполь вылетели 2 вертолета Ми-8 ПсЗсу. Один был сбит, второй, в котором находился бортовой техник капитан Бурлаков, а также стрелок Гавриленко, получил указание лететь на место падения первого вертолета. Руководил группой офицер Назар Боровицкий.
В 20-х числах июля 2023 появился официальный некролог с упоминанием звания майора.
