Александр Колонюк родился 24 октября 2003 в Белой Церкви. Вместе с молодежной командой "Белого Барса" он был бронзовым призером чемпионата Украины U16 в 2018 году. Играл на позиции нападающего. Колонюк был добровольцем ДФТГ-1 Белой Церкви с первых дней существования формирования, затем вступил в ряды батальона «Айдар» Вооруженных сил Украины.
Погиб не позже 18 мая 2023 года.
