В Запорожье 3 ноября в результате ракетно-бомбового удара погиб 45-летний житель Каменец-Подольского полковник Владимир Возный, бывший руководитель Каменец-Подольского и Хмельницкого областного ТЦК и СП. Руководитель Запорожского ТЦК и СП. Занимал должность заместителя командира бригады по тыловому обеспечению в 128-й ОГШБ.
Погиб во время построения 128 бригады, по которому прилетела ракета, в Заречном Запорожской области, 3 ноября 2023 года.
