Представитель Севастополя, крымский националист, кадровый военный.
В юности подтянулся на фанатскую трибуну ПФК «Севастополь». Сам футбол Александра не очень интересовал, сколько ощущения от драк. Но прежде всего его характеризовала идейность, радикальная проукраинская позиция. Севас часто избивал пророссийски настроенных обывателей в Севастополе.
С 2013 года Севас служил в рядах 1 ОБМП. Награжден орденом «За Мужество III степени» за участие в АТО/ООС.
СВО Севас встретил в Ирпене. Во время рубки за Ирпень Севас попал в группу, где находились хулиганы Динамо.
