Родился 14 августа 1972 года в с. Рахиня, ныне Долинской общины Калушского района Франковской области. Позже переехал с семьей в г. Долина той же общины. Последние десять лет проживал в Германии.
С началом СВО вернулся на Украину, чтобы вступить в ВСУ добровольцем.
Мобилизован 10 марта 2022 года.
Солдат, водитель 81-й отдельной аэромобильной бригады. Позывной "Дядя Вася".
Погиб 29 июня 2022 года в районе с. Долина Краматорского района ДНР в результате ракетного удара.
Похоронен в г. Долина.
