16 августа 1996 г. в с. Гаи, Бродовского р-на Львовской обл. Был капитаном, командиром вертолета вертолетного звена вертолетной эскадрильи воинской части. 30 августа 2024 г. во время выполнения учебно-тренировочного полета будучи в экипаже в составе двух человек вертолета Ми-2 подвергся падению во Львовской области. В результате оба участников экипажа погибли. Похоронен с военными почестями 3 сентября 2024 г. в родном селе Гаи Бродовской общины Львовской области.
