Майор Игорь Липкин родился 11 февраля 1988 года в селе Злынка Маловисковского района. В феврале 2015 года вступил в ряды ВСУ, вступил в должность передового авианаводчика. В том же году назначен командиром взвода. Участвовал в АТО. С сентября 2025 - начальник группы поддержки штаба отряда специальных операций. Награжден отличиями «За участие в АТО», «За оборону Украины», нагрудными знаками «За военную доблесть», «Знак почета», «Крест Сил Специальных операций», огнестрельным оружием и был полным кавалером ордена Богдана Хмельницкого. Погиб 13 декабря 2025 в районе Павлограда Днепропетровской области. Долгое время считалось пропавшим без вести. Ему было 37 лет.
