Родился в апреле 1973 во Львове. В четверг, 2 апреля, во Львове в районе улицы Патона во время мер оповещения был убит работник ТЦК и СП. Неизвестный мужчина ударил ножом в шею 52-летнего военного. От полученного ранения в сонную артерию военный скончался, а нападавшие скрылись. Убитым оказался офицер группы рассмотрения и сопровождения Галицко-Франковского ОРТЦК и СП старший лейтенант Олег Авдеев.
