Из Крамоторска. Военнослужащий Терробороны, погибший на Сватовском направлении. Солдат Олег Проц служил в зенитно-пулеметном отделении зенитного ракетно-артиллерийского взвода роты огневой поддержки воинской части А7272 (тероборона). Он погиб 12 ноября 2022 года в районе села Площатка под Сватовым.
