Из п. Новоивницкое Волицкой ТО Житомирской области, 23 года.
С начала СВО -- в Житомирской ТрО вместе с отцом Терещуком Александром Анатольевичем. Потом в ВСУ, был ранен под г. Артёмовск. После лечения -- в 54 ОМБр на Артёмовском направлении, был стрелком. Был ранен, восстанавливался дома после ранения перед возвратом в строй.
Погиб 16.03.2023 дома, вероятно, в результате несчастного случая.
